“Food is the foundation of health. The foods you eat will either keep you healthy and thriving well into old age or slowly deplete your vitality.”
Modern nutrition advice is often confusing and contradictory. Diet trends appear and disappear, leaving many people unsure what the human body actually needs to stay healthy.
The Ideal Diet for Humans brings clarity by combining nutritional science with practical guidance. The book explains how nutrients affect the body, how food choices influence long-term health, and how nutrition can support vitality, performance, and longevity.
It also provides practical recommendations for real life — including nutrition for athletes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, aging, and overall health.

Modern nutrition advice can be confusing. Every year new diets appear, each claiming to be the best solution for health, weight loss, and longevity.
The Ideal Diet for Humans was written to bring clarity to this landscape.
By combining scientific research with practical nutritional guidance, the book explains how food choices influence the body at every level — from cellular health and metabolism to energy, performance, and long-term disease prevention.
Beyond explaining the science, the book also provides practical guidance on how to apply these principles in real life, including nutrition for athletes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, aging, and overall health.
Readers gain a clear understanding of what the human body truly needs — and how to build a diet that supports optimal health throughout life.
The book examines nutrition through the lens of modern scientific research, helping readers understand how nutrients affect the body and why certain dietary patterns support long-term health.
Rather than focusing only on theory, the book translates nutritional science into practical recommendations that can be applied in everyday life.
The book addresses nutritional needs across different life stages — including athletes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause, and healthy aging.
This book is written for readers who want a clear and evidence-based understanding of human nutrition.
At the very core of our well-being lies a fundamental truth: food forms the foundation of our health.
The choices we make about what we eat influence every cell in our bodies. Over time, those choices shape our energy levels, resilience to disease, and the overall quality of our lives.
Yet despite the importance of nutrition, many people today feel confused about what they should eat to stay healthy. Conflicting advice, popular diet trends, and constantly changing recommendations have made it difficult to understand what the human body truly needs.
My goal in writing The Ideal Diet for Humans was to bring clarity to this question.
Driven by my own journey through weight struggles, addictions, and cancer — and by caring for my daughters, two of whom live with epilepsy and mental disability while another navigates ADHD — I became determined to understand the true foundations of human health.
This search led me to dedicate years to studying human nutrition, medicine, and lifestyle science. The research eventually formed the basis of my doctoral work and the principles presented in this book.
Through my research, teaching, and writing, my goal remains simple:
to help people understand the principles of human nutrition and empower them to build lasting health and vitality.
