Our Story
This work began in a very personal place.
I was a mother, a nutrition professional with multiple degrees, and yet — I was confused about my own health. I struggled with my body. I struggled with food. And despite doing what I believed was “right,” I was diagnosed with cancer — twice.
That forced me to ask a harder question: If someone trained in nutrition could still feel lost… what were we missing?
I stepped back from trends and industry noise and began studying more deeply. I wasn’t looking for a diet. I was looking for truth.
Over time, clear patterns emerged. When daily habits align with how the human body is designed to function, the body responds with stability, energy, and resilience.
I applied these principles in my own life first. Then with clients. And the results were consistent: sustainable weight balance, improved energy, and stronger long-term health markers. That research became the Guerrilla Diet & Lifestyle Program.
Today, what started as a personal search has become a structured system designed to help others stop fighting their bodies — and start working with them.
